Scottish singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Steve Mason rose to global critical acclaim as a member of the Beta Band. With their unique artistic approach they earned a glowing worldwide reputation thanks to releases like 1998’s The Three EP’s and 2001’s Hot Shot’s II.
During the Beta Band’s heyday and following their 2004 breakup, Mason also recorded two EPs and an album as King Biscuit Time and has since had an incredible solo career, releasing six critically acclaimed albums, including his most recent in 2023, Brothers & Sisters. In 2025 the Beta Band reformed to play a series of live shows across the world, all of which sold out instantaneously.
