We only collect the information we need to process your orders to Slide Record Shop and communicate with you. We only share your data with select third party service providers we use to run Slide Record Shop.

  • Transaction Data: the details of payments made for purchases from us

The first time you visit, the Shopify server sends your computer a 'cookie', which contains a unique User ID. This is a small text file on your hard drive which can only be read by our website. When you next visit our website the cookie tells it who you are and allows you continue your browsing and purchases, with your basket contents remembered. It does not store any other information.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to fulfil your orders with us and to communicate with you regarding orders, queries and purchases. If you choose to receive marketing from us we also use your contact information to send you direct marketing.  All direct marketing is sent via MailChimp. We only share data that is needed to fulfil the specific functions required and they are only permitted to use this this data for that express purpose. We can also share data if requested by appropriate authorities.
